Check-in was straightforward and efficient.
I found the room size disappointing. It was MUCH too small for comfort. The limited space made it difficult to move around, particularly with luggage. the ventilation was inadequate, and I could not adjust the air conditioning to my preference, resulting in a stuffy atmosphere.

central locationcommon space
the location was very central and right across the road from the metro. there were plenty of restaurant options nearby.
the rooms were small, and there was no common space to relax in. the pub was closed during advertised lunch times. it would not allow guests to sit in seats even for a short period despite the lack of common space.

I found everything i needed here, including a handy laundry room and a refreshing spa. the hotel provided a skincare pack and a complimentary drink upon arrival, a lovely touch! the room decor was beautiful. I enjoyed a fantastic view too. convenience stores were very close by.
the central heating and cooling system was unadjustable and it made the rooms hot, though opening the window helped a little.

the staff were helpful and friendly. reception was well-organized, and check-in and check-out were both super smooth. i felt safe and welcomed by their great hospitality. i'm tremendously grateful.

The location was excellent, with easy access to transport and supermarkets. the subway station is right below the hotel. It is an ideal convenience. being near the subway allowed quick access to various attractions and other train lines.

the onsen in the hotel was a dream. a mini-convenience store is located inside the hotel, very convenient. there are many washing machines and dryers, so the laundry was easy to do. the hotel was clean and had good facilities.

The staff was attentive .
The breakfast system was unreasonably strict and inconvenient. Guests are required to present vouchers with specific dates for each morning. This is easy to forget in the room. The breakfast options were also very limited.

I have stayed here twice. Both times, the experience was consistently excellent. The rooms feature large flat-screen TVs. I could see the skyline. The hotel has an on-site Onsen near the laundry and snack shop (very convenient!).
The dryer in the laundry room did not function well. My clothes remained wet after two hours.

The staff stored my luggage after I checked out. This service allowed me to explore for the day before heading to the airport. The staff handled luggage storage seamlessly both before check-in and after checkout.

The location is very close to the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is a short walk from the station (about 3 minutes).

The hotel has an Onsen, which helps to release muscle tension. I used it after my day trips. The hotel includes all necessities and some more (I'm very grateful for that).
